MR. BÜLENT ODABAŞI

Certified Public Accountant (SMMM)
Independent Auditor Registered with the
Accounting and Auditing Authority (KGK)

Mr. Odabaşı is a seasoned public accountant (SMMM) and an independent auditor registered with the Accounting and Auditing Authority (KGK – Kamu Gözetimi Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu Denetçisi). Since 2002, he has been providing financial reporting, strategic planning, budgeting, analysis, financing, risk management, auditing, accounting, human resources and real estate to clients in various sectors ranging from small companies to big corporations and to international NGOs. He also acts as an expert appointed by various courts on the financial and accounting issues.

MS. NURSEL ATAR

Attorney at Law (J.D., LL.M. & LL.B)

Ms. Atar developed her legal skills through a Civil Law LL.B. in Turkey, an LL.M. in the United States, and a J.D. in Canada. After graduating from her law degrees, she practiced law for a number of years in the States, Canada and Turkey. Her professional affiliations include membership in the American Bar Association, the Law Society of Upper Canada, the New York Bar Association, and the Ankara Bar Association. Ms. Atar has been providing high quality legal services to international governmental and non-governmental organizations and companies operating in Turkey.

MR. SİNAN ÖZCAN

Certified Public Accountant

Mr. Özcan studied accountancy at Fontys College in the Netherlands. Since 2014, Mr Sinan has been providing accounting and taxation, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, risk management, auditing, accounting, human resources and real estate and financial reporting services to clients in sectors such as real estate, transport, security, IT and wholesalers ranging from small to large scale companies and from national to international companies. Mr. Özcan is fluent in English, Dutch and Turkish.

MR. KORAY KAVAK

Certified Public Accountant (SMMM)

A graduate of Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department
of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations at Gazi University, Mr. Kavak has
also a Master’s Degree on Political Science and Public Administration. Since
2015, Mr. Kavak has been providing accounting, financial planning and
analysis, budgeting and financial reporting services to clients in various
sectors ranging from small companies to big corporations as well as various
international NGOs.
